Our delicious mixed salad is grown in the walled garden at Lower Withicombe Farm, just outside Chagford. The salad includes a diverse mix of leaves, including many heritage varieties of lettuce, unusual oriental greens and edible flowers. The mix changes depending on what's in season, giving you a diversity of tastes throughout the year.

 

We grow according to Soil Association Organic standards. However, the walled garden is currently under conversion to Organic and that is why we label the salad as 'Ecologically Produced'. The salad is harvested and packed on the day of delivery and will last all week if kept in the fridge.

You can sign up to a Salad Share, and receive a weekly salad bag, or you can order salad for an event you are planning. We also provide wholesale salad for shops and restaurants.
